Shipping, Warranty, & Returns

Machine Shipping

We offer free freight shipping on all machine orders to qualifying business addresses. Liftgate or residential delivery would incur a small fee. We also offer free local pickup from our Clearwater, Florida headquarters.

Each machine is carefully secured to the pallet and protected with exterior packing. When you receive your machine, if the exterior packing looks damaged please unpack the machine before signing for the shipment. If you see any damage to the machine, please notate it clearly on the BOL before signing and notify us immediately. If you do not notate damage on the BOL and accept the shipment, our shipping insurance will not reimburse us and we cannot offer refunds.

If your machine arrives with heavy damage, please reject the delivery and contact us immediately.

Parts & MiX Shipping

All parts, mix, and supplies orders are shipped FedEx 2-Day Express. Most orders will be shipped out the same business day they are placed.

Machine Warranty

Slush Plus offers a 30-day labor warranty and 90 day parts warranty on all refurbished equipment sold unless explicitly stated otherwise. We also offer extended 1 year limited warranties on select machines when listed. New equipment comes with the standard manufacturer warranty listed with the machine. If the machine’s original manufacturer warranty is still in effect, it will supersede our warranty. In the event a machine needs a warrantied repair, it must either be shipped back to our facility at the buyer’s expense or repaired at the buyer’s location by a qualified repair technician. How warranty repairs are performed is at the sole discretion of Slush Plus. Any repairs done by a third party must first be explicitly approved in writing by Slush Plus before service is performed or the repairs will not be covered under our warranty. Any warrantied parts must be supplied by Slush Plus and shipped to the customer. Any parts purchased from a third party must first be explicitly approved by Slush Plus in writing or they will not be covered. The warranty period starts on the day we ship the machine to you.

All of our machines go through a rigorous 25-point inspection and refurbishing process. All machines are tested and verified 100% operational at the time of shipping the machine to you.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • User negligence or damage caused by use of the machine in an unsafe or incorrect manner.

  • Work or repairs done by a third party that has not been approved by Slush Plus in writing.

  • Wearable parts to include seals, gaskets, scraper blades, and all tune-up kit parts. These parts must be replaced regularly per manufacturer specifications as part of normal user maintenance of the machine, normally every 3 months.

  • Shipping damages (covered by a separate insurance policy). If your machine arrives damaged, it must be noted clearly on the BOL before signing and we must be notified within 24 hours. If the machine arrives with apparent heavy damages, we recommend you do not accept the shipment and notify Slush Plus immediately.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. A 20% restocking fee applies to all orders. Return shipping and shipping insurance is the sole responsibility of the buyer. If we receive a returned machine and it arrives damaged, we will not accept the return.
